This is your moment to SHINE! Hopefully, You already have your BEST prints in your PORTFOLIO & the BEST Model Casting as there are SOOO many right now. Have your comp cards on your HIP and Closed-toe Pumps with you at ALL TIMES! Make sure SKIN is clear, Nails are natural and Hair is MAINTAINED!
If the GIGS are UNPAID, Use it as your NETWORKING tool & make sure you have a goal of meeting at LEAST 10 NEW people. ALWAYS Collect Business Cards throughout the ENTIRE week so around September 20th, You can send out emails simply reminding them of your brief encounter. THAT'S ALWAYS A PLUS! Good Luck on your CASTINGS, Beautiful Creatures!
Mid-Established Models:
This is MORE about Models who have been Modeling for quite awhile, as I have been. I've been modeling since 2007 and have participated in over 200 runway shows. We know NETWORKING to the T and how to use NEW YORK FASHION WEEK to our ADVANTAGE! The hard part is finding runway gigs that are PAID (for us freelancers). So, Remember they will PAY for EXPERIENCED Models. NYFW is a BIG Deal for us so Enjoy, Paid Gigs or NOT!
