KIDS FASHION WEEK USA COMING TO WASHINGTON HEIGHTS THIS JUNE
KFWUSA is an extension of NY's Uptown Fashion Week™, with fashion shows and activities staged in Northern Manhattan NYC. Join us to experience a playful runway of current and next season trends in children’s fashion.
Kids Fashion Week is a community event showcasing local children’s fashion designers. The event is supported by Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez and the Washington Heights Business Improvement District. The Kids Fashion Week’s mission is to educate and inspire locals about fashion as well as to support fashion designers within Northern Manhattan. The initiative also provides financial support and drives awareness for Hogar Sanisi, a nonprofit organization that helps HIV positive children in the Dominican Republic.
Washington Heights, Manhattan — Uptown Fashion Week return to Northern Manhattan this June with the first annual Kids Fashion Week. The event will be produced by Albania Rosario Uptown Management Inc.
The week will begin on Saturday, June 8th at 5:00 PM with the Spring Collection Showcase at The Triangle Building, located at 530 West 166th Street. Featured designers will include Audris Rijo, Lemonade Amsterdam, The Bowtie Kids, My Lil Boy Closet, Sophisticated Kidz, D'Davanna Kids Collection and Rocket Clothing. International runway models Rosa Gough and Sal Garcia will participate in the event and will be in attendance, along with several other public figures in the fashion industry.
